FAQ
Is everything handmade?
Yes. Every piece is individually handmade by Jessica using wheel-throwing and hand-building techniques. Because each item is crafted by hand, slight variations in shape, size, and glaze make every piece one of a kind.
Is your pottery food safe?
Yes. All functional pottery is finished with food-safe glazes and fired to the appropriate temperature for everyday use.
Can it go in the dishwasher/microwave?
Most pieces are dishwasher safe. However, hand washing and try to avoid sudden temperature changes to preserve the life of your pottery. Use caution if the piece contains metallic details or becomes very hot.
Do you take commissions?
Yes. Custom commissions are available for both handmade ceramics and original artwork. Whether you're looking for a personalized gift, a custom dinnerware set, or an original painting, I'd be happy to discuss your ideas.
How long do commissions take?
Commission timelines vary depending on the project and current studio schedule. Most ceramic commissions take approximately 4–8 weeks, while artwork timelines may vary. If you have a specific deadline, please get in touch before placing your order.
Where can I shop in person?
You can find my work at select local art markets, pop-up events, and gallery exhibitions throughout the year. Upcoming events are listed on the home page and Instagram, and new dates are regularly announced. If you're looking for a specific piece, feel free to reach out before attending an event.
